How long will it take?

Because you are unique and psychoanalysis is not a one-size-fits-all approach, treatment duration is not predictable. Many people find one year in analytic psychotherapy very helpful. Others continue for several years, working toward more insight and growth. Psychoanalysis is collaborative. You and I will decide together what best suits you.
