Dreams and the unconscious.

Of particular interest are the unconscious parts of your personality that operate outside of everyday awareness. Why is this important? You may find it interesting to learn that most of your thought processes occur outside of your conscious awareness.  Dreams invite us into that unconscious part of your mind, facilitating increased self-awareness that is very exciting.  Your ability to observe and understand all parts of yourself, even the parts that you don’t much like, will allow your feelings, behaviors and relationships to fully expand, affording you a greater repertoire of personal choices at your disposal.  You will feel less stuck in unhappy patterns.
